I have lost all my contacts?
There are a few reasons why your contacts may be missing.
1. Have you cancelled and reactivated your account recently? If you cancel your account then all your existing contacts will be removed.
2. Check that you haven't selected the option to filter your contacts by "Online Only". If this option is selected then you will not be able to see any contacts if no one is online.
3. Are you connected to the communication server? If the contacts box is blank then there may be a connectivity issue. Try logging in again.
